Hey foodies, I'm back and this time I'm checking out Colson Fruit Sickles in Beachwood, Ohio. Now y'all know I'm on this fitness health journey, so this place was exactly what I needed in my life because it's vegan friendly and uses fresh ingredients. And let me tell you, these smoothies are crack. Colson serves up specialty or build your own smoothies, fruit sickles, or fruit water. I decided to go with the build your own smoothie option and had a strawberry, kiwi, and mango smoothie. All of their smoothies are made with fresh fruit with no added sugar or dairy. And my favorite part is that extra fruit on top. If Colson's isn't on your list this summer, then you clearly aren't doing summer the right way. Make sure to come by and pay them a visit.
