I think I found that lost cartel van. It's in the lobby at 60 Out Escape Room in Silver Lake, California, where they have incredible games like Houdini and Hide Circus, and their set design is brilliant. They have cages they lock you in, and amazing game masters. As a matter of fact, mine's about to give us some rules. This room looks so cool. I should probably get solving puzzles now because I don't want to be the next victim of the Wicked Witch. All right, wish me luck.
