Trying my mom's one-year-old kimchi. This is chongyangruk. She's so fermented doma. Oh, look at this. I'm kind of scared. She's double gloving. Oh, she wants to give me the one on the inside. So she's removing the top pieces. Look how translucent the radish became. Yum. Is it hot? I don't want to eat it. Is it okay? It looks delicious. Is it? Like the radish is translucent. Okay, it's literally not, but like still, you know? Not very crunchy. stuff like this we don't really take out to eat and enjoy like right like fresh but if you want to make like kimchi chicken put like pork in there so good when you use like one year old kimchi and stuff like that it's so rich in flavor but to enjoy fresh
