In September of 2023, we had melts for the very first time in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and haven't been able to stop thinking about it since. So of course we had to go back. Their grilled cheese sandwiches are nothing short of extreme. The flavor complexities are out of this world delicious. There is something on the menu for everyone.
