@savannahvinsonn's Review of Colonial inn bed and breakfast - Absecon, No Place (SANDBOX)

This town only has one hotel you can stay at. This is Colonial Inn Bed and Breakfast and it's right in the center of Smithville on the water. All of the shops are within walking distance. Plus, it's only 20 minutes from Atlantic City. They have a cafe on the property and you get free drinks for your stay like apple cider, iced coffee. They also gave us homemade shortbread cookies when we checked in. They were so delicious. We stayed in room 106 called Great Bay. The Smithville Inn was actually built in 1787, so all the rooms are very historic. bed was really cozy but it felt like I was sleeping at my grandma's house. The bathroom was really big and we had a gorgeous view of the water wheel and in the morning we woke up to a little basket that had muffins and coffee in it. I honestly never wanted to leave. Total was 2 30 for the night. It's a great place to visit and experience history.
