Today we are at Centerville Diner here in Centralia, Washington. And in my opinions, this is the absolute best biscuits and gravy that you are going to find. Oh my god, let's get into it. oh man now the reason why this is the best biscuits and gravy is because the biscuits i hate biscuits personally but these biscuits are on another level these things are so light and fluffy but dense at the same time. And they don't have that kind of weird buttermilky flavor to them. However, I do believe they are made of buttermilk. And that sausage gravy, it is amazing. Eat great food.
