Come with me to the new Wave Sushi in Maitland, Florida. There's indoor and outdoor seating, so you can bring your dog, but my dog was waiting in the car, so I got my order to go. The first thing I tried was the Crab Ragoon Fritters. It's crab ragoon, mozzarella, corn, and a side of spicy mayo, which really loved their spicy mayo. Good sauce. Next is the Slammin' Salmon Bree. with salmon, cream cheese, tempura flakes, scallions, spicy mayo, mixed greens, cucumber, avocado, and carrot. And as much as that was a mouthful, it kind of was a lot going on for me. The spicy tuna taco was my favorite. You can also get it with hot Cheeto dust on the shell instead.
