I am at Ray Taco ATL and I'm going to show you guys how to eat a pozole rojo. So pozole is probably like the number one dish besides like tacos that Mexico is really known for. So I'm going to put some cebolla and cilantro, some repollo from the chicken. Can't miss that. Some oregano, of course. Oregano. Put it everywhere. This is chile. I don't really eat that spicy. I know Mexicans are, you don't eat me. And then of course you have to do limon. Lime. I like mine with a lot of limon, so I'm probably going to put like all of them, all three. Yeah. So, cozole is made out of like corn, like big corn, like maiz grande. It's about to be winter, it's about to be fall. Everybody wants a nice soup. I mean, you can eat this. We eat this all year because we're from. That steam coming out of it, it's so good. It's really good.
