Here's a restaurant you should absolutely check out when in Vegas. Let's talk about Chica. The ambiance takes you to a vibrant Latin American paradise with live music in the background. Now to my favorite part, the food. I opted for the fire roasted salmon and my honey decided on the braised short reels with a side of mashed potatoes. And of course, we can't leave out the drinks.
