@rkrobinette's Review of Chef's Pizzeria - Kingsport, Tennessee

We went to Chef's Pizza in Kingsport, Tennessee. They advertise that they have the best soup, salad, and potato bar in East Tennessee, so we wanted to check that out. Their parking lot was really small, but they did have on-street parking close by. We were there around 1130. They have the salad bar from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the weekdays. They also have lunch specials every day, so if you don't want salad, they have sandwiches or pizza specials or whatever for lunchtime. Everything on the salad bar was super fresh. It was really good. The salad bar does come with two pieces of cheese bread, which was okay, and a potato. We didn't get a potato, but they did look big, so I'm sure they're pretty filling. We've had their pizza here, but it's been about 10 years ago. But from what I can remember, it was pretty good and the calzones are also good. The ranch here is exquisite and any true southerner knows that if the ranch sucks, the restaurant sucks. But that is not the case here, thankfully. My grandma had a chicken salad sandwich, which I didn't get on video, but she said it was really good also. And they do have a pizza challenge. So if you're into doing challenges. I think you get two people and like an hour and then you win some money or something. So definitely check it out.
