Come along with us for the ultimate dining experience. And trust us, it is unlike any other. Today we'll be dining at DiMoro Restaurant & Bar located in Cape Coral, Florida. And every detail here is meticulously crafted. From the precision of the food preparation to the seamless service and the perfectly timed courses. So be prepared for a culinary journey. They start you off right here with an amuse bouche. Which is a delightful hello from the kitchen design to awaken your palate. This was just one of the many thoughtful touches that set the tone. for what was to come. We ordered from the sizzle dining menu, available until September 25th. For apps, we selected the focaccia bread and knots, paired with the good olive oil and a tangy feta red pepper spread, and their fresh take on a classic tomato mozzarella salad. And for our mains, we both selected the Hoffman's carbonara, which had everything you could ever wish for in a pasta dish. And for dessert, we had the affogato flambe, and their house-made cake of the day, which was a coconut buttercream.
