Dondon is a K-BBQ restaurant that specializes in pork belly, and they just came out with a new tasting menu that features different preparations of pork belly and pork collar. The tasting menu also comes with a bunch of traditional panchans, a stew, eggs, souffles, scallion pancakes, and more. And after being cooked on this special grill, everything was so juicy and flavorful. Their branding is also super fun and has a very modern take on retro vibes. And if I were you, I wouldn't skip on this one. Check them out.
