Y'all, y'all, y'all, I'm back again. Yes. He done brought out the entree. It's seafood Creole. We have a tomato sauce with grilled blackened shrimp and blackened salmon on top of it, a jasmine rice sprinkled with baby spinach. And oh my God, y'all, my initial response. They thought it was something wrong with me over here. This sauce is absolutely amazing.
