Come with me for my monthly facial at Fizz Facial Bar in Nashville. I love coming here. The girls always take such good care of me, and my skin is so happy when we're done. Right now, they have the Halloween Hocus Pocus pop-up event going on, so I ended up getting the Winifred Facial, which is full of things my sensitive, rosacea-prone skin loves. And y'all really need to stop by, because... they go all out with the decorations. I wish I had remembered to get some photos of it because it was all so cute. You can add on an additional service to your facial. Today I got the extraction add-on and let's just say that Shelby worked some magic of her own getting those suckers out of there. That might be another video altogether. One of the things I love about Fizz is that they can tailor your experience to what your skin needs. For example, my face responds really well to light therapy, so we always include that in. Also, a big fan of the cryoglobes in the summer. So good. Another thing I love about the estheticians at Viz is that they are so knowledgeable and share that knowledge with you. I've learned so much about why my skin reacts to certain things, and it's given me a better home routine as well. For the finish, make sure you get that SPF coverage all over because sun damage doesn't stop in the fall. And then you're all done and you walk out with beautiful glowy goddess skin.
