ICA Kitchen in Patchogue is serving up a killer brunch that you are not going to want to miss out on. Start by sipping on some cereal-inspired cocktails or dabbling in a mimosa flight. Once the drinks are flowing, be sure to order their brunch sampler. I think the bacon, egg, and cheese egg rolls were my favorite part of the meal. This fruity pebble cannoli french toast was just as insane as it sounds, and this cannoli crumb cake waffle was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
