Hey Arizona, you have to try Chilté for some delicious new school Mexican. Inside the Egyptian Motor Hotel, you'll find Chilté serving up some bold and unique flavors like this platter that features these delicious plantains, these fresh cucumbers, and if you love pickled anything like I do, you'll fall in love with this ceviche. I love how innovative Chef LT gets with his food and can see why he was named one of the best new chefs of 2024 by Food & Wine and why Chilté has made the best restaurant lists of Bon Appetit, Esquire, and Mashed. There are so many great items on the menu that you have to try and of course you always have to save room for dessert. So if you haven't been to Chilte yet, you have to try it.
