Hey, Arizona, you have to try Lam Wong for some incredible Thai food. Now, what really makes the food here so incredible is the recipes and how they celebrate the diverse people and cultures of Thailand. A lot of the recipes are from villages and small towns across different regions of the country. And everything here is very fresh and vibrant, letting the ingredients speak for themselves. All the food here is meant to be shared. So grab a couple plates for the table. One of my favorites was the scallop crudo with this chili lime and fish sauce. course, always save room for dessert. So if you haven't been to Lan Wang's yet, you have to try it.
