Adam, you're at the sommelier here at ABBA. Can you tell me something about that first burr champagne you poured? Of course. So it was produced by Michel Gonet from the Côte de Blanc Vanille Sorge, Grand Cru. This is from the 2015 vintage. And it's medium-bodied, a little bit toasty, with notes of fresh apricot, pear.
