I'll give you just a quick explanation of the three things you have here in front of you. You're going to start on your front left, and that white actually is a chilled, summer corn, hirakata, taco, white sturgeon, cabbage. To the right of that is a sushi roll made from matcha, infused rice, and punchy, and umeibushi. Okay. Up top is a salad of shiro khanu with our farm hulots. That one is for me to be shared. Okay. The squares of goma, dofu, golden sesame, tofu. wasabi and barrel-aged ponzu cherry. There's one right over here with a flower petal on it. That does not have wasabi. The other one you want to take notice of is the diver scallop. That's coming from Hokkaido in northern Japan. There's no sauce in this so that one is specifically for you.
