I honestly can't believe I lived in Atlanta so long and never knew about this place in Georgia, so I'm about to put you on with one of the best hidden gems I've found. This resort is called Callaway Gardens. It's in Harris County, so it's an hour and a half away from Atlanta. This place is massive, and they offer stays at the lodge. They have villas and cabins, but if you don't want to stay overnight, then you can get a day pass, and I will put the prices in my caption. My phone died, so I didn't get to take as many videos as I wanted of the amenities, but they have so much to do. They have a spa, they have golfing, they have hiking trails, biking trails, a giant lake with a lot of water activities with a full beach. My favorite part of course though was the butterfly garden. This place was so pretty. It's this giant exhibit with thousands of butterflies, and they'll literally just come up and sit on your finger. Like this is the perfect place to go with your friends or family, and I really want to go back and just take pictures to be honest. During the holidays, you can also get a night pass and you can see their drive-through Christmas light exhibit. But basically, if you haven't already, you should definitely check this place out. It's the perfect place for a fun day or a staycation in Georgia.
