There are some foods that only taste good right off the stove and dosa is one of them. Takeout and bringing it home is going to make them soggy and steamy so you just want them right off the tava. And that's where mommy's planet comes in with their drive-through dosas. For those days when you want a hot and crispy dosa but you can't be bothered to sit inside of a restaurant.
