Have you been back to IMX Pilates in Pleasanton yet? I've been trying Pilates for the past two months and I wanted to share my experience. As a food content creator, I'm always surrounded by delicious food which can make it tough to maintain my health and keep my body feeling its best. The struggle is real. Food will always win so I try my best to stay as fit as possible. I normally run, row, and lift weights so I wasn't sure what to expect when I started Pilates but I'm so glad I gave it a shot. The classes have been amazing. At first, it was challenging, but in the best way. The reformers really target muscles I didn't even know I had. I feel so much stronger, especially in my core and flexibility, and the instructors are incredible. They really know how to push you while making sure you're doing the move safely. I can honestly say I've been seeing real progress. Here's my before and after. I feel more toned, my posture's improved, and I have way more energy. I even went from being able to do a one-minute plank to a four-minute plank. If you're looking to build strength and challenge your body in a new way I highly recommend IMX Pilates.
