Have you been to Gangnam Tofu House in Fremont yet? Seriously, this place is a hidden gem. If you love Korean food, this spot is a must visit. Their signature sundubu, which is a spicy soft tofu stew, is one of the best I've had. And you can choose from different proteins like beef, seafood, or even mushroom if you're keeping it plant-based. I tried the one that had ramen in it and it was so comforting. The ramen added a nice twist to the classic tofu stew. They also have amazing barbecue options. I had the chicken bulgogi, which was so tender and full of flavor. This comes sizzling to your table. Just listen to that. We also started with their corn cheese, which is creamy, cheesy, and the perfect appetizer to share. And whenever I eat Korean food, I have to get their ??? with fish cake. I love the sauce here. This place had the perfect balance of spice and sweetness. Another must try is the kalbi hot stone. It comes sizzling to your table and tastes amazing. I like to let it sizzle for a bit so that you get that crispy rice on the bottom. It's so good. I also love that the vibe is welcoming and cozy and every dish is made with so much care. Plus you can't leave without trying their complimentary side dishes. Next time you're in the area, make sure to stop by. Trust me, you won't regret it.
