come with me to check out grand central wellness center located right outside grand central station on madison avenue this beautiful wellness center recently opened and has services specializing in acupuncture chinese medicine cupping massages lymphatic drainage and more they gave me a little tour of the facilities which gave such a calming and relaxing vibe when i first got there i met with one of their doctors and we went over what has been bothering me they then gave me a cute little outfit to put on before they brought me into one of the massage rooms. I got a massage and acupuncture done for my lower back and it felt amazing. They keep all the rooms at a comfortable temperature and you can even have it set to your liking. They then gave me a tour of the saunas. The first one has all Himalayan salt and the second has half mugwort on the wall which enhances vitality and boosts immunity. I truly felt so calm and peaceful while sitting here. While alone I took the opportunity to reflect and be grateful for this opportunity and all the opportunities I have had since starting my account. I also used it to mentally prepare myself to take the New Jersey Transit after which always has problems. There are seats that you can sit on right outside the saunas where you can reach optimal relaxation and wind down after a long day. There's beautiful artwork all around the facility and they have a ton of rooms like the one I was in where you can get acupuncture, massages, and other services done.
