Have you been to Takashi in Salt Lake City yet? If you're in the area and love sushi like I do, Takashi is a must visit. This spot is known for fresh, high-quality fish and a menu that feels like a love letter to Japanese cuisine. The agadashi tofu stole the show right from the get-go. Hands down the best I've ever had. Crispy on the outside, silky on the inside, and packed with flavor. We tried a variety of nigiri and rolls, each one more flavorful than the last. And if you're feeling adventurous, the uni shooter is an experience on its own. Briny, fresh, and so unique. The hubby opted to try the muscle shooter, which was an incredible experience as well. I definitely recommend the raw oysters, which were served in two ways, one with ponzu and another with a rich persimmon sauce. And you have to get dessert. The panna cotta here was definitely one of the softest I've ever had. Perfectly creamy and so smooth. Tekashi nails the balance of elegance and comfort, making it the perfect spot for sushi lovers or anyone who's looking to indulge in a memorable meal. Add this to your list when you're in Salt Lake and you'll thank me later.
