Here are some of the restaurants I tried during dine-out season. First stop was at Culinaria, a Filipino restaurant on Commercial Drive. For $50, we got a three-course meal with playful takes on Filipino classics. Here we have the tuna kinilaw, which is a Filipino ceviche. Next dish was a beef sapi cow stirp loin with mashed calabas. And for dessert, we got their version of a puto bumbong and a bonus of a leche flandona made with lisa. Dino may be over, but culinaria is always worth checking out. If you want to impress your friends, their buddle fight is a must try.
