I just found the best hidden gem in Fort Mill. Meadow Pub is an Asian fusion restaurant where you can find everything from Korean Galbi to barbecue sandwiches. Not to mention some delectable cocktails like the strawberry cucumber margarita and smoked apple pie bourbon. There are some fun apps like corn ribs, which are smothered in Parmesan and truffle aioli, and the Korean popcorn chicken, which are now my favorite popcorn chicken. The crispy pork belly was so tender and flavorful, and the dish reminded me of a deconstructed vermicelli bowl. The Korean Galbi short ribs were marinated perfectly and served with so many fun bonchons. I can't get enough pickled veggies. I guarantee you with a menu this large, you'll find something you love.
