@hungere-for-diy's Review of Spinning Dough - Oakland, California

Have you been back to Spinning Dough in Oakland yet? This is one of my favorite spots for pizza and I'm so sad they're closing on April 20th. So I had to go back one last time and finally got to try their Dubai chocolate dessert pizza, which was so good. If you haven't had it yet, trust me, this alone is worth a trip. Of course, I had to get their Caesar salad like I always do. Super crisp lettuce and super refreshing, just the way I like it. The hubby got the maple chili pepper wings, which are always a... every time we come. That sweet spicy glaze is perfect. Then we shared a pizza, half miso mushroom and half pepperoni. The miso mushroom totally blew me away with a hint of zesty yuzu and so much flavor. And the classic pepperoni is always a win. Honestly, their thin crust is one of the best I've ever had. Crispy yet still a little chewy. Absolutely delicious. Thank you Jeff for sharing all of your deliciousness with us. We're definitely going to miss you. If you've never been to spinning dough, go show them some love before they close soon.
