So this is Round Rock Donuts in Austin. Supposedly the best donut shop in Texas and may even be the best one in the US. And yeah, those donuts and donut holes were pretty good and I really like the red velvet one. But I also realized that I actually don't have that much experience with donuts to make this distinction.
