Don't lay in bed this weekend like me. Instead, you have to check out the crane brunch omakase. Tucked away in a hidden passage, Chef Nathan is whipping up some unique drink and food courses. We started off with a koicha from a Miami brand called Chajin, followed by a play on the Spanish-style Torijas. The next course was my fave, a drink called Ying and Yang based off Hong Kong milk tea. It kept on going with a delicious pirin, and then Julia's favorite course, the non-alcoholic Negroni. Last but definitely not least was a matcha meringue with black...
