@charlasfoodies's Review of Sampa - Los Angeles, US

So this is Sampa, where we had quite the positive experience with the Filipino-American cuisine, starting off with a sky flake caviar, which had uni, wagyu, and caviar topped on a sky flake box. Then we had some delicious scallops before getting to one of our favorite dishes of the night, the kare kare tamales. Never had anything like this before, and it was so good that it overshadowed the next dish before firing up our taste buds again. with the crab fat fried rice. I really wanted to love that duck pancette, but it just didn't taste like pancette enough for me. But it's all good cause dessert was bomb. Starting off with that red bean pate a choux and that ube white chocolate souffle.
