What I would eat during derby week in Louisville. First up is Enso. This is a really unique Japanese slash southern fusion restaurant. I recommend their grilled skewers and Japanese whiskey eyeballs. Really unique. And their seasonal menu featuring the ramen is really hearty and good as well. I definitely recommend making a reservation and check this place out while you are in town for derby.
