Summer is here in New York, and Prime on the Mile is the place to be. They have a full bar with incredible cocktails, and a rum punch that screams Long Island Summer. Located on the Nautical Mile in Long Island, they have incredible seafood options too. We love to charbrook with oysters and sear scallop apps. Super fresh, cooked to perfection, and a little squeeze of lemon goes a long way. The menu has something for everyone. We definitely wanted to get the summer vibes flowing with the seafood. The oysters are even stuffed with lobster. They're also known for their parmesan lamb chop. They're super succulent, delicious, and absolutely cooked to perfection. I actually dreamed about them. Our favorite choice of the night was the whole red snapper, perfectly spiced and cooked to golden brown with a garlic sauce that was finger looking good. Parma on the Mile also has an amazing outdoor bar, which is gigantic, including a dance floor, a DJ and more. Come here for an awesome night out on Long Island and tell them I sent you.
