If Chicago and Italy had a delicious carb-loaded baby, it would be that this neighborhood staple consistently nails it. And with over 200 beers on top and a menu stacked with hits, it's a place that you could catch me on any day that ends in wine. I had to start with drinks because they always understand the assignment here. The drinks are strong, balanced, and delicious. Now, this elote dip? Delicious. It was creamy, cheesy, and a little smoky with a whole lot of flavor. And who would have thought chicken and waffles would be so good as little bites? But the sandwiches were definitely the... talk of the town this night. They have this new sriracha sly that they just dropped. It is so good. We're talking red and green peppers, onions, pineapple, gooey cheese, and a lot of sriracha aioli. And this pizza bread baller sandwich? Just know that it's giving Italian heaven on a hoagie. I gotta say that this is a great spot for summertime Chicago shenanigans, especially for game-watching festivities of any sort. You can't lose when the beer is flowing and the eats are this good. Stop by and check them out and tell them that Brie from Plains and Plates sent you. Enjoy! Bye.
