I'm happy to see more salt bread options, which are originally from Mie Prefecture in Japan. Salty Bear offers multiple flavors, both sweet and savory. Soft, slightly sweet with a salty crust. Mentaiko is my favorite, but you know what? I liked their cream buns even better. Look how stuffed it is.
