@kitana's Review of Ugbo - Manila, Metro Manila

Here's my honest thoughts sa mga bagong nakain ko sa ugbo. Let's see kung ano yung mga worthy tikman. First, itong nacho in a bag. Pipili ka muna kung anong brand of chips yung gusto mo. Itong pinili ko, 99 pesos. Punong-puno siya ng mga veggies, ground meat, topped with garlic sauce and cheese sauce, tapos may grated cheese pa on top. I thought magiging super salty and soggy siya, pero hindi naman. It still remained crunchy. Ang dami ng toppings, sulit na for its price. Next is this fresh orange juice for 60 pesos. Isa lang yung machine nila, ijujuice yan right in front of you. kaya medyo matagal. Refreshing siya, no sugar, kaso nga lang yung pulp na iiwan sa loob kaya it's hard to drink it a bit. Next is the Canafe Pistachio Strawberry. Madami nagbibenta neto pero go to the original one. Ask around kung nasaan yung cafe krisostomo. Iba kasi quality ng strawberry na gamit ng iba. Plus, mas generous din sila sa pistachio cream. Though hindi ko masyado malasahan yung pistachio cream kasi ang daming chocolate sauce. Sulit pa rin naman siya kasi strawberries pero malayo lasan niya sa original Dubai chocolates. Next is this Fried Tofu squares. Medyo maasim yung tofu. Tapos yung sauce medyo kulang sa lasa. Para mas nasarf yung gawa ko sa bahay. Last is this fried cheesy corn. Nakakatakam talaga tingnan yung pagluto nito. Lalagyan ng cheese powder plus more cheese sauce on top. Okay naman siya but I was expecting it to be cheesier than how it tasted. Wala kasi masyadong lasa yung mozzarella kapag wala kang hinalawang cheddar. It was still so fun to eat it kasi grabe yung cheese pool. May option din to add sausage and bacon. Comment down below kapag may bago na naman sa ugbo. Happy Food Tripping!
