They have fresh lobster that you can purchase as well and they have an entire deli counter where you can purchase fresh seafood, crab, fish, you name it. You order your lobster roll either hot with butter or served cold New England style with mayo. They call your number and then you can enjoy eating. Got mine hot with butter.
