Do you like olives? Uh, no. Okay, so you don't have to eat it. But I do recommend putting it in there. It's really important to the drink. So you're going to have two separate cocktails. The first one is going to be a very savory cocktail. You're going to get notes of the epazote, which is an herb indigenous to Mexico, and some of the cardamom. And then with the rest of your cocktail, which is going to chill in here, just drop the lemon peel once you're done with that, and it'll bring out all the floral notes. Thank you.
