This past Friday, I was able to attend a herbal mixology class with Eat Your Destiny located in McKinney, Texas. Now, this is such a good class if you are trying to decenter alcohol, maybe even live a little bit more of a healthier lifestyle, but you still want to turn up a little bit because honestly, we really don't need alcohol to have a good time. But Destiny helped us to create two delicious mocktails, all while we learned about the herb and the benefit it has for our bodies. And when I tell you these drinks were good, This one right here, yeah, I'll be making that by the jeb. But when I tell you we danced all night long, had a really good time, and she even sent us home with a few recipes to recreate ourselves. Her next class is this Wednesday, so definitely grab a seat.
