Kagura has grand opened and is now offering an even more affordable hand roll set starting at 15. This only Japanese-owned hand roll spot in town also added tempura to their menu. Made with light batter featuring items like shiso and uni, I enjoyed everything, especially the shiitake and squid really impressed me. I love how airy the rice is and how long the nori stays crisp.
