The salted egg yolk crab chose violence. This is why the bill looks like this. That salted egg yolk crab comes out hot, crispy and completely covered in that golden, buttery sauce. It's rich, salty, slightly sweet, and once you start, you're done. Hands messy, sauce everywhere, zero table manners, zero regrets. We ordered two because ordering one would have been irresponsible. Then garlic noodles to soak up the sauce, mandatory. Peppercorn wings for a little kick.
