This is one of the most exclusive beach clubs in the south of France, so I knew it was the perfect place to celebrate my 30th birthday. L'Agrit Beach Club sits on a private island in Cannes, and the only way to get there is by boat. So we took the 20-minute train ride from Nice to Cannes, and then the restaurant provides you with a shuttle boat, and that's about 25 euro. It was incredibly hard to get a reservation here, and unfortunately, with a group of five, I couldn't get one of the coveted 3 p.m. slots, and I booked my reservation for August 10th back in May. So I took the 12 p.m slot and figured i could stay around at the bar and have drinks i know people primarily come here for the party but the food was actually really good as well and we had live music they came around and serenaded us at our table and sang happy birthday to me so it was such a special experience i'm not gonna lie the price point for this restaurant is pretty high but it's well worth it if you have a celebration special occasion money comes and goes but you're only turning 30 in the south of france once we left our table around 2 30 so i spent time doing a little window shopping because they had a couple of boutiques there.
