@morokokoko's Review of Uno Gelato - Vancouver, CA

a gelato making workshop was definitely not on my 2026 bingo card but it was such a vibe we were in a cozy group of just four and the owner of uno gelato himself walked us through the entire process the workshop lasts around 90 minutes and we all took turns getting hands-on making two different flavors from scratch it was such an eye-opener to see the science behind it knowing exactly how much care goes into every batch gave me a whole new appreciation well but my favorite was the gelato flight tasting. Each flavor was so unique and tasty. I really had a hard time choosing which one to pick for my free scoop. On top of this, you go home with two full pints of gelato you made as a souvenir.
