So I'm here at Middle James Brewery in Waxhaw. And I found this gluten-free beer that I can drink. It's very light. It goes on easy because I'm not a beer drinker. But this is one that I do like. This is called Miss Rosie. And then Union Barbecue Food Truck was also here. So I got mac and cheese with a brisket. It looks so good. So I'm going to... This mac and cheese. Because the bartender was saying that this is the best barbecue. I'm trying to see. This bacon cheese has a garlicky taste to it. I'm sorry, I really do like that. It's very tasty. This brisket pulls apart so easily. Very good, very good
