Sydney Eats, Part 1, Cocktails. Squire's Landing at Circular Quay. Start with a cold house beer. Good move if you want the view. Sake Restaurant and Bar in Double Bay. Order the Tommy Strange, then the Sake Dragon Egg. This one surprised me. Polished room, sharp finish. Saga Bar in Darlinghurst. Go for Garden of the Goddess. More lounge than rooftop. Found this on Atmos... Gin Lane in Chippendale. Get the freshly cut grass, not the classic move. Garden patio, proper theater. Tell me your go-to in the comments.
