Las Vegas Eats, Part 1. Steaks and Martinis. All a lounge on 66 at Resorts World. Go for the Genting Old Fashioned. More lounge than rooftop. Quiet room, sharp pours. Oscar's Steakhouse downtown, in the Plaza. Start with Johnny Quinn's Crab Cake. Then order the Espresso Martini. Good move if you want range. Barry's Downtown Prime on Fremont.
