San Antonio Eats, local legends by Atmosfy, part one, brunch. La Panaderia downtown, go for the tequila almond croissant. This one surprised me. Patio brunch, easy and bright. The Genther house in Southtown. Start with the buttermilk biscuits and country sausage gravy. Not the classic move, but the southern sweet cream waffle holds up. Historic room, calm pace. New Orleans brunch and beignets on Broadway. Order the Cajun Boudin Chilichilles. Good move if you want range. And I found this on Atmosfy, New Orleans leaning, still relaxed.
