Charleston Eats, local legends by Atmosfy. Part 1, Charleston Shrimp Grits. High cotton on East Bay. Start with the Charleston She Crab Soup. This one surprised me. Old school room, live music. Okay, Pugin's porch is coming in hot. Right away you get that stacked southern brunch spread, and then boom, that shrimp and grits close up with the green onions on top. Then it keeps going with that thick, creamy... soup, baked mac, and fried green tomatoes. Like, yeah, this one really looks like classic Charleston comfort food. Then Huss switches it up a little. You see those golden flaky pastries first with the jam and cream right there on the plate, and the layers look super crisp on camera. After that, it cuts over to that fresh bowl topped with strawberries and granola. Kind of more polished, more brunchy, but still very Charleston. Save these on Atmosfy.
