Ampersia on Thames Street, right by the harbor. Do not skip the baked oysters. This one surprised me. Found this on Atmosfy. Topside in Mount Vernon, high above Monument Street. Start with the Squid Ink Pasta, more lounge than rooftop. Thames Street Oyster House in Fells Point, tucked by the water. Order the warm berry crumble, not the classic move.
