Trattoria Tripa near Porta Romana. Start with Cacho y Pepe when the room goes quiet over checkered tables. This one surprised me. Okay, Cova in Milano is giving classy little date energy. Like, look at the smoked salmon with the stacked eggs and that tiny flour on top, then the omelet with greens, and obviously the espresso with those mini pastries on the marble table.
